The trim is up and the paint looks great!

It looks like the kitchen and the family room are really taking shape now. The corner windows in the kitchen and the windows in the family room will let you take advantage of the great view in the rear of your home site.

Cabinets and trim are going in and soon we will be applying the final paint. The brick on the end wall will make your kitchen truly unique. The front looks great from the street, I hope you and your family are excited.

The drywall is coming along nicely, by now you can get a feel for the size of your rooms. Soon we will be priming with our high build primer and trimming soon after that. I don't recommend that you get up on the roof, but what a view!

Insulation

The siding is nearly complete I think the red will be even more stunning in the fall. You have not experienced the fall colors until you have seen them from Saddle Ridge. We have done the first step of the energy seal process and are now installing the batt insulation. The drywall process will take almost 2 weeks and we will be priming soon after that. Your home is really taking shape now!

The siding looks great and your electrical is almost complete. Soon we will be insulated and drywall will start. Make sure you check out our energy seal process!

The house wrap is on and the windows are in! Not only are they taped properly, but the windows are caulked to the hosewrap also. We will have the LP Smart Trim installed and painted before the exterior siding is installed. I hope you are enjoying the experience of building with Eastbrook Homes.

Your home is really taking shape now, the framing is complete and the roof is on. The rough mechanicals are going in now with our framing punch and energy seal process as soon as they are complete. After the rough inspections we will be insulating then drywall. On the exterior The windows will be installed then the trim around them. We paint the exterior before we install the vinyl siding to make sure we get complete coverage.

Your new home is really taking shape! Both floors and walls are standing with the trusses laying on top. Once the trusses go up you will get a better feel for the size and the shape of your home. The windows in your Great Room will allow you to take advantage of the great view out back. John and his crew are one of our finest subcontractors. They should be wrapped up this week so we can start the mechanicals.

The framing has started! John, Bobby and the rest of the crew have the first floor deck on and a few of the walls standing. The home should be framed in about another week and a half. After the framing the mechanicals will begin. If you visit the site please be careful especially around the stair openings.

Backfill

It does not look very exciting, but the waterproofing and drainage system are in and sand is going in the garage. Still looking to start framing mid February!

Getting Started

Your foundation was dug on the 21st! After the footings and walls are poured we will have the waterproofing and drainage system installed. After a curing period we will backfill and with a little cooperation from the weather we will be framing in the middle of February. Great view out the back! Chris has been seeing wild turkeys out there.
